Refunds and returns policy

How to report damaged, incorrect or faulty goods and request an approved return.

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

1. Damaged, incorrect or faulty goods

Contact us promptly at sales@agriact.au. Include the invoice number, product, quantity affected, barcode, batch or lot where relevant, photographs and a description of the issue. Keep the goods and packaging until we provide instructions.

2. Assessment and remedy

We may request reasonable evidence or inspect the goods. The available remedy depends on the issue and applicable law and may include replacement, repair, credit or refund. We will not require a customer to accept store credit where the law entitles them to another remedy.

3. Change of mind or over-ordering

Wholesale change-of-mind returns are not automatic. We may approve a return in writing if goods are unopened, saleable, correctly stored, within a suitable shelf-life period and returned within the approved timeframe. Freight and a reasonable restocking cost may apply if disclosed before approval.

4. Goods normally not accepted for change of mind

Unless required by law, we generally do not accept opened goods, personalised or special-order goods, clearance stock, goods damaged after delivery, or hygiene-sensitive, perishable or short-dated goods.

5. Return authorisation

Do not send goods without written return instructions. Unauthorised deliveries may be refused. Approved instructions will identify the destination, reference and freight responsibility.

6. Refund timing

Approved refunds are made using an agreed method after assessment. Bank processing times are outside our control. Undisputed refunds will be processed within a reasonable period.
