Email sales@agriact.au and call +61 412 803 713. Include the product name, barcode, batch or lot, invoice, quantity, photographs, incident details and current location of the goods.
Preserve and isolate affected goods
Do not sell, use, alter, repair or dispose of suspected affected goods unless instructed by Agriact, the manufacturer or a regulator. Preserve packaging and traceability records. Store goods safely and follow any hazard-specific instructions.
Recall communication
Where Agriact receives confirmed recall or safety information relevant to supplied goods, we may contact affected business customers using available order records and provide instructions. Buyers remain responsible for maintaining their own onward customer and stock traceability records.

Australian product recalls and safety information are published at Product Safety Australia. Food recall information may also be published by Food Standards Australia New Zealand.
