Who can request wholesale supply?
Registered Australian businesses can enquire. We normally request the legal business name, ABN, contact details, business type and delivery postcode.
Is every website category always in stock?
No. Categories show the types of products we may supply. Exact product, variant, pack size, shelf life and quantity are confirmed for each enquiry.
Do you publish wholesale prices?
Pricing is provided to eligible business buyers after the requested product and commercial quantity are identified. Quotes state whether amounts include or exclude GST.
Are there minimum orders?
Minimums vary by product, supplier, case quantity and destination. We confirm the applicable minimum before an order is accepted.
Do you support online sellers?
We can discuss commercial invoices, carton quantities and delivery requirements. Marketplace acceptance, category approval and brand approval remain decisions of the relevant marketplace.
How are delivery and returns handled?
Delivery arrangements appear on the accepted quote or order confirmation. If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or potentially unsafe, preserve the goods and packaging and contact us promptly with evidence.
