1. Delivery coverage and quotation

We arrange delivery to approved Australian business, warehouse or fulfilment destinations where service is available. Freight cost, carrier method and any minimum order are confirmed before order acceptance.

2. Address and receiving requirements

The buyer must provide an accurate address, contact, access restrictions, receiving hours and equipment requirements. Additional carrier charges caused by incorrect details, failed delivery or undisclosed access restrictions may be passed on where reasonable and disclosed.

3. Timing

Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed. Carrier, weather, supply-chain and access delays can occur. We will communicate material known delays and take reasonable steps to reduce their effect.

4. Collection and third-party fulfilment

Collection or delivery to a nominated third-party warehouse must be agreed in writing. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the destination accepts the product, pallet, labelling and booking configuration.

5. Inspection on receipt

Check carton count and visible condition on arrival. Record damage with the carrier where possible, take photographs, retain packaging and notify Agriact promptly. For shortages or incorrect goods, provide the invoice and affected line details.

6. Special-handling goods

Some goods, including batteries, aerosols, liquids, fragile items or temperature-sensitive products, may require special handling or be unavailable for certain destinations. Applicable restrictions and charges will be confirmed before acceptance.
